Yes, but with stringent criteria. Please see our Pet Policy HERE. Our assessors assess the prospective’s ability to care for the pet properly and independently as we cannot provide pet care
Due to State Fire Marshall codes in our environment, only a toaster, coffee pot, tea pot, microwave is allowed. All other cooking materials are, unfortunately, not allowed (such as: instapots, toaster ovens, air fryers, rice cookers)
Typically they are not except for Medicaid individuals where a bed, dresser, chair, and lamp are provided. All residents may ask for a secured lock box to store valuables
We are happy to provide this service for an extra fee or if on Medicaid it is included in your rate. Laundry rooms are located throughout the building for residents to do their own personal laundry, just bring your own detergent.
Typically at meal times during the day and at our medication carts.
Visitors need to be accompanied by the Resident and remain respectful of the space of others. No overnight guests allowed without the consent of the Administrator or Director of Nursing. See our Resident Handbook for the full policy
Breakfast 8am, lunch 12 noon, afternoon snack 3pm, dinner 4:30 pm, evening snack 8pm Meals will be served in the dining room. Snacks are served from the nurses station. Both are on the second floor.
$25/month, with Medicaid residents having a discounted rate of $8 per month. We have a cable box for you in your room. You must provide your own TV.
We have wifi throughout the community and on each floor. The signal reaches most rooms, but it is strongest in the center of the building and in the lobby. You will get a guest login on move in day
There is a designated smoking area in the back courtyard. You can access it through a door from the dining room.
We have a stringent smoking policy that smokers will sign before moving in.
